Located in the heart of Croydon, at Unit 22, Silver Wing Industrial Estate on Horatius Way, McCarthy Cars Service Centre has a large workshop with plenty of customer parking at the front.

We have a comfortable customer waiting area with free WiFi and refreshments so you’re welcome to stay while we service your BMW. However, we do realise that’s not always possible, so you’re welcome to make use of one of our courtesy cars to keep you on the road, if you’re in the local area and getting your car to the garage is the problem, we’ll come and pick it up for you.

We’re absolutely committed to providing our BMW customers with the very best service, both in the work that we undertake on your vehicle and in the entire car service experience from the moment you make the booking to picking your vehicle up once the service is complete, and beyond, with all work and parts being guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months/12,000 miles.

McCarthy Cars Service Centre has a large, well-equipped workshop in the heart of Croydon where we can service your BMW just as they would at the dealership – adhering to BMW servicing specs and only using BMW-approved replacement parts and lubricants.

This way we keep your warranty safe and your vehicle gets exactly the service that it needs when it needs it. In fact, the only differences are that you’ll pay significantly less at McCarthy Cars Service Centre and you’ll receive much more personal, friendly customer service.
